1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website official booking form.

• Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team.

• Last-minute bookings are accepted based on therapist availability.

• We reserve the right to decline service if the location or request is inappropriate or unsafe.

2. Service Areas

• We provide home, villa, hotel, and event massage services across Bali, including Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Sanur, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.

• Travel fees may apply for remote areas only or special requests.

3. Therapist Assignment

• Therapists are assigned based on availability, location, and service type.

• You may request a specific therapist, male or female, but availability is not guaranteed.

• All therapists are freelance professionals, verified and trained.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are fixed and will be shared before confirmation.

• Payments can be made through online banking

• Additional charges apply for extended time, special equipment, or remote areas.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the booking are free of charge.

• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment is non refundable.

• No-show clients are none refundable

6. Therapist Safety & Environment

• The therapist has the right to refuse or stop the session if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.

• Any form of harassment, inappropriate requests, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Clients are expected to provide a clean and safe space for the service.

7. Health & Medical Conditions

• Clients must inform the therapist of any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the session.

• We are not responsible for any injury or aggravation of existing medical conditions resulting from undisclosed information.

8. Service Limitations

• We provide professional, non-sexual massage services only.

• Any inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate cancellation and possible reporting.

• Therapists may decline requests that fall outside standard massage practice.

9. Liability

• While our therapists are trained professionals, we are not liable for:

  • pre-existing medical issues

  • misuse of after-care recommendations

  • accidents within the client’s premises

• Clients receive the service at their own discretion and responsibility.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

• Your personal data (name, address, phone number) is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.

• We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

11. Service Satisfaction

• If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us within 12 hours.

• We will review the case and offer reasonable solutions, which may include a re-booking or feedback handling.

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our service means you agree to the updated terms.

Therapists & Partners : 

By joining our platform as a therapist or partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and efficient service for all parties involved.

1. Eligibility

• Therapists must be professionally trained, certified, or have relevant massage experience.

• Partners (business collaborators, suppliers, or affiliates) must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• All therapists and partners must be at least 18 years old.

​

2. Registration & Verification

• Therapists must provide accurate personal information, certifications, and credentials.

• Partners must provide valid business documents, licenses, or agreements where applicable.

• Verification is required before starting services or collaboration.

3. Service Obligations

• Therapists must deliver massage services professionally, using proper techniques, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Partners must provide reliable products, services, or support in accordance with agreements.

• Both therapists and partners must maintain ethical and professional behavior at all times.

4. Booking & Scheduling

• Therapists accept bookings through the platform, WhatsApp, or website.

• Availability must be updated promptly to avoid scheduling conflicts.

• Partners collaborating on services must adhere to agreed schedules and deadlines.

5. Payment Terms

• Therapists receive payment according to agreed rates for each completed session.

• Partners are compensated based on their service agreements or contractual arrangements.

• Payment timelines and methods will be communicated clearly prior to service delivery.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Therapists must notify the platform immediately in case of inability to fulfill a booking.

• Repeated cancellations without proper notice may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

• Partners must adhere to agreed timelines or notify the platform in advance of any delays.

7. Conduct & Safety

• All therapists and partners must follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional environment.

• Harassment, abuse, or unprofessional conduct is strictly prohibited.

• Therapists are responsible for their own equipment and safety while delivering services.

8. Liability

• Therapists and partners are responsible for their own actions and any incidents arising from service delivery.

• The platform is not liable for personal injuries, damages, or losses caused by therapists or partners.

• All therapists and partners must ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.

9. Privacy & Data

• Personal and business information is securely stored and used only for service and communication purposes.

• Sharing of client or platform data without consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

• The platform may suspend or remove therapists or partners for violations of these terms.

• Outstanding payments will be settled as per agreements upon termination.

11. Modifications

• These terms may be updated from time to time.

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
