Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy : 1 Day to 1 Hour before the session. Cancellation Policy : Free cancellation if you cancel at least 1 hour before your booking time. Cancelling less than 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the Booking fee. No-show bookings is non refundable. Rescheduling is allowed 1 time only, and must be done 1 hour before the appointment. If our therapist is late or unable to attend due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule. Safety is our priority — we will never ask for your personal information except what is needed for booking. To maintain the highest level of discipline and professionalism among our therapists, we kindly ask all BAE users and clients not to offer extensions directly to the therapist. Please book any additional time or services through our official website only.
